More About Premature Ejaculation
|
Premature ejaculation is actually a common sexual problem among me. Statistics reveal that premature ejaculation affects about forty of every 100 men. Some names used to denote premature ejaculation include rapid ejaculation, premature climax and early ejaculation. Premature ejaculation happens before or immediately after penetration of the penis.
Premature ejaculation is a sexual problem among men since it prevents them to last their orgasm longer. Men who cannot control their ejaculation are often those who suffer from premature ejaculation. If someone ejaculates too soon, the sexual pleasure would be incomplete.
Normally, sexual intercourse would reach the climax after penetration of the vagina for a number of times. After ejaculation, the penis would be normal and numb. If ejaculation happens, there would be a loss of erection that also affects the sexual arousal for both men and women. And it would take time for the penis to achieve erection. This phenomenon would only lead to restlessness.

Sexual Ailment Needs Treatment |
In the recent years, the problem of premature ejaculation has also been a serious problem for both young and adult men. It would be very difficult to enjoy sex when a man suffers from premature ejaculation. It would not be good both for the male and female, as both of them would end up not satisfied.
Ejaculation as a Process
For men, ejaculation is an essential process. It is mainly a vital part of one's sexual being. Expulsion and emission are both actions related with ejaculatory process.
The first phase of ejaculation is the emission. It happens when the prostate gland, ampullary vasa deferens and seminal vesicles deposit the seminal fluid to the posterior urethra. Meanwhile, expulsion is the second phase in which there is a closing of the bladder neck. This happens when the external sphincter uretrau irregularly expands. The pelvic perineal and bulbospongiosus also contracts.
Sympathetic motor neurons are in charge of controlling the emission stage. When there are enough impulses coming from the brain, the motor neurons located in the thoracolumbar and lumbosacral spinal cord tend to be more active.
Some of the possible causes of premature ejaculation include: depression, social stress, anxiety, relationship problems, fear of failure, pressure at work, prostate problems, sexual repression, too much prescribed drugs taken, fear of dissatisfaction, extreme sexual arousal and excessive stimulation of sexual being.
